About MD Safe Access

MD Safe Access is a 501c4 organization, which means we're allowed to raise funds and directly lobby the government. We are a grassroots campaign to pass comprehensive medical cannabis legislation in Maryland. Our goal is to protect patients with a doctor's recommendation from arrest and prosecution, and ensure them safe access to their medicine. The momentum nationwide is very much in our favor. We just need to connect the dots in Maryland to activate the huge majority support base we have to change this law.
